Payment & Delivery
PAYMENT
Argania offers you a unique payment method, using the 100% secure Stripe and TWINT platform:
- Payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Postfinance card, and American Express)
- TWINT (available for all Swiss banks)
- Payment by invoice (in partnership with MF Group)
The consumer guarantees "ARGANIA" that he/she has the necessary authorizations to use the method of payment chosen by him/her when validating the order form.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Contractual information will be confirmed by e-mail at the latest at the time of delivery. The order confirmation serves as the invoice. "ARGANIA" accepts no responsibility for any errors in data entry, and no refund can be requested if the order has already been finalized.
DELIVERY
1. Delivery times
Our orders are dispatched within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) by Swiss Post.
Switzerland: Free delivery in 1-2 working days.
Delivery times are given for information purposes only and are in working days; these depend in particular on the availability of carriers, the order of arrival of orders and available stocks. Our company makes every effort to meet the delivery deadlines it indicates on acceptance of the order, except in cases of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control, such as strikes, frost, fire, storms, floods, without this list being limitative. A delay in delivery does not justify the cancellation of an order, nor does it give rise to any claim for damages.
2. Delivery methods & costs
Shipments are handled by a transport service provider (LaPoste), which delivers them to the delivery address indicated by the customer. The delivery times indicated by the carriers are as follows:

Delivery by La Poste directly to your letterbox:
Delivery times: as with all our carriers, the parcel leaves our premises within 1 to 2 days of order confirmation. For orders placed on Friday, the parcel will be dispatched on Monday morning. Please allow 1 to 2 working days for delivery.
3. Reception
The purchaser must check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the products delivered as soon as the parcel is handed over to him by the carrier or collected from a relay point.
Any claim for non-conformity of the products delivered must be notified by the purchaser, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, within 72 hours of receipt, both to the carrier whose address appears on the delivery note and to our company's Customer Service department. In the absence of a complaint within the aforementioned time limits, the products will be deemed to be in conformity and accepted by the purchaser.
