Don't worry, your items will be left in your post box if they're small enough. If not, your parcel will be left at your post office for collection.

Don't panic, if your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us immediately and we'll be happy to update your information. Otherwise, in accordance with our terms and conditions, once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, no further changes can be made.

Once you have done this, validate your selection by clicking on "Payment". The payment page will open and you can take full advantage of the offer by entering the code, which will automatically apply the discount. Example: A promotion is available on the site "Buy Product A, get Product B for free" with the code "PROMO". I select Product A as well as Product B, which corresponds to a predefined selection of items. Both items are now in my basket, and I can click on the "Payment" button and enter my "PROMO" code in the next step.
